All it takes is one sign...

To mark European Disabled People's Week (EDPW), BEAM offered its employees a series of activities to raise awareness, mobilise action and promote the inclusion of people with disabilities, particularly the deaf and hard of hearing.  

Bordeaux Events And More is committed to integrating the principles of inclusion into its policies and practices, thereby fostering a working environment that respects diversity.  

And to raise awareness and promote the inclusion of people with disabilities, we can rely on the ‘TEAM Handi'cap’. A group of highly motivated and committed employees who work throughout the year to mobilise the entire BEAM team.  

As part of the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH) last November, they set up various activities to : 

• Highlight its commitment to the employment of people with disabilities with an e-mail banner.  
• Test their knowledge of disability with an online educational game, HANDIPOURSUITE.  
• Discover French sign language with an introductory workshop run by the association CULTIVE TES REVES. Our teams were able to learn the basics of sign language with a smile.
